You live in this body. But how much do you know about it?
Do you know how it behaves in a 50 k walk, after you sleep 4 h, or 10? After you eat certain foods? We all do these things, or similar but we just let them go past without paying to much attention.
No one, no one can tell you these things more accurately than yourself. You live in this body. You are in the driver seat. You are the only one who knows how things work. But do you?

Mindful Control™ is about learning as much as you can about your body so you can look after it. It’s about exploring movement and the abilities of your body. It’s about working with your body instead of against it. And it takes time but it is an amazing journey.
Here’s the challenge for you today, practice The Stop: stop a fraction of a second before you do anything. Respond rather than react. Observe your body, your movement, your life. For a fraction of a second. That will change your world. This is the beginning of getting to know your body inside out.
