Masterclasses are online webinars I hold regularly. Although they are free to attend from anywhere in the world, they are full of valuable content and practical information. I do not hold back.

Masterclasses will repeat, however, even if it present the same topic, every masterclass is different. Thus to fully benefit from the class it is best to attend live.

Posture is the basis of movement. All your movement, the incorrect one which leads to injuries and pain, and the correct movement are determined by how you hold your body….by habit.

An incorrect posture weakens the muscles, incorrect alignment alters your body (muscles, and skeleton) leading to shoulder and neck pain, lower back and knee pain, muscles stiffen and get tight and the nervous system, breathing, internal organ functioning are restricted.

It is also worth mentioning here that your posture is your body language and it counts more than spoken language.

Your posture sends a message everyday and every moment of the day to people around and to your brain as well (stress and unhappiness or confidence and strength?).
